Single Origin coffees are select coffees usually from a single farm or cooperative. We select only this highest quality green beans which highlight the cumulative influences of that region's, soil, climate, processing and we lightly roast these to highlight the flavors that make these coffee's stand out.
PLEASE NOTE: We roast only a select few single origins on a weekly basis in order to achieve enough volume for a quality roast curve. Please check back frequently if you do not see your favorite coffee. Also, check out our Brew Guides
