Our flagship espresso blend. Makes for an outstanding stand-alone shot and a great compliment to any milk-based drink, especially a proper macchiato. Full bodied with an earthy base turning to chocolate, caramel and sarsaparilla with citrus notes.

Origins: Organically grown Sumatra and Guatemala

Varietal: Indonesian varietals, Bourbon, Caturra, Typica

Process: Wet-hulled and Washed

The Cup: Earthy, Chocolate and Caramel, Sarsaparilla, Citrus

Brew Methods: Espresso (18 grams in, 24-30 grams out, 24-28 seconds), Drip, Pour Over, Moka Pot, Aeropress, French Press

Coffee was awesome but shipping box was a joke, way too small for a 5 lb bag. The bag was damaged as a result and had to transfer to other containers.
