A coffee blend is a combination of coffees from different countries or regions. When making a great blend we are looking to make something consistent. We are using the qualities from one country to balance another quality from another. Most commercial roasters will change their blends components, which are always slightly different season to season, to create the same taste profile year after year.
At Bonfire Coffee, we embrace the seasonality of each coffee so our coffee will vary from year to year but will be rooted in our base blend recipe.
