Our Mexico Chiapas is a perfect coffee for someone new to single-origin coffees. Chiapas are known for their balanced, clean coffees with chocolate notes. It has a soft citrus finish to make a pleasant cup without offending anyone preferring darker roasts.

This is a gentle yet nicely caffeinated blend that works well in the morning. If you’re looking for a cup midday but sometimes have problems with acidic stomach, this is a great option. This has all the benefits of a beautiful cup of coffee and none of the disadvantages. A kind, gentle brew.
