Since its inception, this blend has been a favorite of those who prefer a darker roasted espresso blend. In that time it has also gained a strong following with our dark roast lovers. To get it out of its pigeon-hole and make room for new espresso blends, we've changed the name to Backbone Blend, a tip of the hat to Backbone Media who's office is just around the corner from our cafe. They insisted we keep this blend in our line-up. Let them know if you too are happy it is still around.
