More than any other means of making coffee, Espresso, is the most misunderstood. Often mistaken as a special bean, a certain roast, or thought of as extra strong coffee. Espresso is simply a coffee beverage that's is prepared by certain parameters, most notably by adding pressure during the process. Of course, you need special equipment to add this pressure, mainly an espresso machine.
